The Covenant School Teaching Fellowship Program is open to recent college graduates who desire to have a positive impact on the education and development of our students. Teaching Fellows gain classroom experience, school leadership opportunities and the ability to pursue graduate degree programs.

Program Responsibilities and Opportunities include:

• Make a two-year commitment to Covenant School of Bridgeport

• Teach two or three classes

• Serve as advisors

• Supervise school-day activities

• Organize, coach, and oversee afternoon activities

• Coordinate school programs, projects, and events
